4N6 Fanatics is designed to be a school-based resource for speech/forensics teams and drama classes.
Individual parents or students may have a membership our current rate. Parents would function as the "coach" for the membership.
Our system has a security measure to protect against unauthorized access. If a single user attempts to log in with incorrect credentials multiple times, that specific user will be blocked. Our staff is notified, and we are able to manually override the lock-out.
However, if there are 10 or more incorrect login attempts from the same IP address, even if they are from different users, our system will block that IP for all users for 30 minutes. This is a rolling block, meaning there must be 10 or fewer failed logins from that IP within the 30-minute window for the temporary block to expire.
These measures are necessary due to a growing number of cyber-attacks that could put our servers at risk.
Due to the shared nature of our student log-ins, please advise students accordingly.
Yes. The Head Coach will determine the level of student access to VAULT FILES. LIMITED access means students will have access to only 3 folders in the VAULT: Extemp, Impromptu and DUO Improv. FULL access means students will have access to all folders in the VAULT with the exception of the "R-Rated" folder.
The Head Coach can change the Student Level of Access status at any time by emailing our office at laurie@4n6fanatics.com. Students will still be able to search the database and will have access to all other features of the membership.
The issue of royalties for competition performances is typically of consideration for scripts through publishing/licensing companies.
NOTE: Many publishing companies have royalty exclusions/disclaimers for oral interpretation (ie 10 minutes or less, no costuming, lights, etc):
Dramatic Publishing -- Titles that are cut for competition time limits are offered at a reduced royalty rate. Competition cuttings of less than 10 minutes generally do not require that royalties be paid. Please complete a royalty application to receive a quote specific to your situation.

Playscripts Inc - Currently, royalties are waived for the performance of excerpts lasting less than 10 minutes at adjudicated school theatrical festivals or competitions, unless otherwise noted. These particular performances, and only these, are automatically authorized by the playwright when you purchase books of the play you wish to perform. (Note: Any other cuttings must receive prior approval from Playscripts.)
