Yes. The Head Coach will determine the level of student access to VAULT FILES. LIMITED access means students will have access to only 3 folders in the VAULT: Extemp, Impromptu and DUO Improv. FULL access means students will have access to all folders in the VAULT with the exception of the "R-Rated" folder.
The Head Coach can change the Student Level of Access status at any time by emailing our office at laurie@4n6fanatics.com. Students will still be able to search the database and will have access to all other features of the membership.
The issue of royalties for competition performances is typically of consideration for scripts through publishing/licensing companies.
NOTE: Many publishing companies have royalty exclusions/disclaimers for oral interpretation (ie 10 minutes or less, no costuming, lights, etc):
Dramatic Publishing -- Titles that are cut for competition time limits are offered at a reduced royalty rate. Competition cuttings of less than 10 minutes generally do not require that royalties be paid. Please complete a royalty application to receive a quote specific to your situation.

Playscripts Inc - Currently, royalties are waived for the performance of excerpts lasting less than 10 minutes at adjudicated school theatrical festivals or competitions, unless otherwise noted. These particular performances, and only these, are automatically authorized by the playwright when you purchase books of the play you wish to perform. (Note: Any other cuttings must receive prior approval from Playscripts.)
